For purpose of regulating export administration on dual-use articles and technologies, related issues concerning to export licensing administration of dual-use articles and technologies such as easy-made chemicals, computer and monitored chemicals, shall be subject to regulations of Administrative Measure on Export Licensing of Dual-use Articles and Technologies (Decree No.29, 2005 of Ministry of Commerce).

This decree shall take effects as from release.
