Based on the report from Wenhuibao, in the face of the fact that residents from mainland are traveling to Taiwan, Taiwanese large businessmen and hotels puff up with pride to welcome while the confidence of small merchants is insufficient. They think it is beneficial for only travel agencies and large businessmen to open up to mainland travelers in groups in and out, so it’s hard for them to share benefit, hoping to open up to individual travelers from mainland.
